Write to support@havenfoldgroup.com with what happened and, if you can, your device model and whether you were playing solo, over Wi-Fi, or in an online room. Reports like these are how we find and fix problems.

Common questions

How do I play with friends?

On the same Wi-Fi, one player hosts a table and the others join it from the Nearby games list. Across different networks, the host creates an online room and shares its room code; anyone with the code can join. There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for. The room code is the only key to the table, so share it only with the people you want at it.

Someone dropped out of an online game.

The table pauses and shows who lost connection. They can rejoin the same room with the same code and pick up where the game left off. If the host’s connection drops for good, the room closes; start a new one.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Games against the computer need no connection at all.

I bought the ad-free upgrade on another device.

The upgrade is a single purchase that removes ads and unlocks the premium table themes. Open the table theme picker in the app’s settings and tap Restore purchase while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought it with. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google; each store is its own.

The rules look different from how I learned them.

Pusoy Dos has many house variants. The app ships the common ruleset by default and lets the host change the house rules before a game, so a table can match the way your family plays. If a rule you rely on is missing, tell us.

Ads and privacy

The free version shows ads. The app asks for your consent before showing any personalized ad, and you can change that choice in the app’s settings at any time. What the app does with data, and what it deliberately does not do, is in the Pusoy Dos privacy policy.
